You gain a bite attack, dealing 2d6 necrotic damage, and leaving your foe stunned for one turn. All creatures must make a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of you for 1 minute. You can use your action to forcibly end this frighten effect on 1 creature within range. Your bite increases to 4d6 at 5th level, 6d6 at 11th level, and 8d6 at 17th level.

The saving throw for the frighten is 8 + your proficiency bonus + your charisma modifier.

You can use this attack once per long rest.

When a creature attempts to grapple or hug you, both you and that creature gain 1d6 temporary hit points. If you are willing, you can choose to heal that creature for 1d4 hit points plus your charisma modifier. You can do this healing effect a number of times equal to 2 x your charisma modifier, and get expended uses back on a long rest.
