Mothfolk are fast, charming beings. Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Charisma score increases by 1.

Mothfolk mature at the age of 15, and can live to be upwards of 140 years old.

Coming from a place with laws and a respect for life, most Mothfolk believe that all should exist and live by a strict code. Due to this, they are mostly Lawful and very, very rarely Evil or Chaotic.

Mothfolk stand between 5ft and 8ft tall on average. Your size is Medium.

On foot, Mothfolk are generally just as fast as most people, but excel at flying very, very fast. Your walking speed is 30ft and your flying speed is 40ft.

With amazing eye-sight made to spot predators and prey from far away, alongside the physical ability and speed to react to sudden threats and challenges, they gain proficiency in Perception and half-proficiency in Acrobatics. Also advantage on Dex Saves.

The Mothfolk worship and adore light, being drawn to it, it almost becoming a part of their very being. You learn the cantrips Light and Dancing Lights. At 5th Level, you can cast the 3rd level spell Daylight once per long rest. All of these are cast without material components.

Due to their ancestry as nocturnal beings, Mothfolk can see in the dark. You have 60ft of Darkvision, in which you can only see in shades of grey.

Having slight fey ancestry and knowledge from many years of contacting elemental races, they have learned the language of the fey and the elemental. You know Common, Sylvan, and Primordial.
