Homebrew Dragon Tortle Species Details

Dragon Tortle's in many ways are distant cousins of the Dragonborn. The origins of their creation is murky at best. Some say they are the offspring of Dragon Turtles and Tortles, while others think they are the result of Dragonborn coming into contact with magic from the plane of water. Regardless of stories they're very much real. They look like humanoid Dragon Turtles. Their skin is covered in thick scales, their mouths end in rough beaks with sharp teeth, and their shells are shaped like jagged boulders covered in coral and dried algae.
