During a long rest you can produce high quality milk infused with magic.You must have containers, such as a waterskin or an empty vial, to store the milk in and you can produce a number of portions equal to your proficiency bonus. The magical milk loses its effects 8 hours after being produced. A creature can use its action to consume or administer a portion of milk, restoring 1d4 + 1 hit points and granting advantage on Constitution saving throws for 1 minute.
