Homebrew Awakened Species Details

The commander awoke from his slumber and donned his armour, he thrust his hand out of the soil and it didnt burn. The sun would kill him and being killed once was already enough. He signals the horn waking the field of graves up slowly one by one hands apear out of the ground and then whol reotten bodies drag themselves out of the ground. The cemetary had long been desterted for fear of the Awakened so he didn't have  to worry about any onlookers.

 

Despite no one alive knowing how this race was created there number multiply each night, more and more cemeteries are losing there clients per night as the army of the Awakened only get bigger.

Rotting

The awakened appear with grey skin and will quite often be missing a limb. Many awakend will have caved in features and are not a pleasant site to see. They generally weigh around 140-160 lb and have an average height og 6ft

Many awakend will rember there old names from their previous life and therefore have no common names

Your Widom score increases by 2, and your charisma score decreases by 1.

Age

Awakend are often adults when awkaned so they have reached maturity, they can live for 400 years before the rot completeley

Size

Awakend are often the same size as their previous life which is often a human averaging 6 ft

Speed

Your base walking speed is 20 feet.

Darkvision

Thanks to being buried underground you are able to see well in darkness.

You can speak, read, and write Common and Undercommon.
