Homebrew Ardilla Voladora Species Details

The Adrilla Voladora are a squirrel like people. Unlike their wild brethren the Adrilla Voladora do not scare as easy and are brave fighters. 

 

Age

Adrilla Voladora mature rapidly, and most are expected to settle down into an adult life by around age 10. They can live 30 to almost 35 years

Alignment

Adrilla Voladora are most often chaotic. Adrilla Voladora are good-hearted, and even the tricksters among them are more playful than vicious.

Size

Adrilla Voladora are between 1 to 2 feet tall and average 7 to 10 pounds. Your size is tiny

Absurd Size

You are incredibly small meaning all normal equipment cannot be used by you unless specifically designed for a creature your size. Weapons this size may also have reductions to damage by the DM's behest.

This does however allow you to attempt to hide with even the smallest bit of cover.

Shoulder Stowaway

You are small enough to ride on allied and neutral creatures of size small or larger. You can move onto the space of an allied or neutral creature to be carried along with its movement. Depending on the neutral creature, the DM may require additional checks to be made to ensure you can stay on.

If the creature you ride moves on its turn with you then you can only move up to (your speed - distance moved) on your own turn. You can choose to dismount using a free action at any time, dropping onto the floor by its feet.

Perfect Landing

With a squirrels reaction time any flight or falling action  from less than 20 feet can be perfectly landed as to avoid damage 

Poor night vision

The Adrilla Voladora have extremely poor night vision and they'd be exposed to all kinds of danger if they chose to be active during the night. 

Focal vision

As far as the Adrilla Voladora's day time vision is concerned, they have an excellent focal vision and their peripheral vision is also very sharp. This allows a Adrilla Voladora to react quickly to threats in its immediate environment. Without this, they would not be able to exhibit any of the quick reflexes associated with their race.

the ability to store small objects in it's cheeks up to one category size larger
