Homebrew Aesirborn Species Details

The Aesir are powerful and their motives are unknown but I doubt they would decide to live amongst us normal folk, and if anything, why not live amongst the Elves, but I swear the amount of sightings about floating men who can move at incredible speeds, break iron with their bear fist makes it almost realistic."

The Aseirborn are essentially demi-gods, or people under a long line of half human half Gods. During the Midgard war, the Gods made their own Aesirborn out of nothing to war against the evil dragonborn, after they won, the Aesirborn the had instructed were killed, but those who had made a family within their short lifespan instead of fighting the war produced natural Aesirborn, and with their God like abilities, the lasted longer than their God made counter parts.

While the Aesirborn can be half of any species, the mainly look humanoid, as the Aseir's natural look is human, their Godly blood shows up more that whatever the other was. They are well known for looking very Godlike, usually fitting the stereotype of a perfect human, mixed with the God they were made from. They're average height is 6'0 and they rarely end up lower than 5'6. 

The Aesirborn are everywhere, and while they are scarce as the Gods who see their children as evil strip away their powers, but due to humanities constant ambition, their quest for something changes them to do bad, but those who maintain their divine presence usually end up in Asgard with with whoever their Godly family member was.

 

Aesirborn Traits

These Gods amongst men are innately different, and come with some special traits.

Divine Presence

All undead gain disadvantage on attack rolls against you.

Ability Score Increase

Your ability scores each increase by 1 and you can increase one extra score of your choice.

Age

Unlike their humanoid counterparts, the Aesirborn live up to double the humans years, living around 200 years, and they mature at age 18.

Alignment

Most Aesirborn fall out of favor from their Godly parents from doing evil, but the rest of the Aesirborn are typically Lawful.

Size

They're average height is 6'0 and they rarely end up lower than 5'6. Your Size is medium. 

Speed

You have 35 ft. of movement, and your Climbing Speed, Swimming Speed, and Flying speed is equal to your Walking speed, unless their is a additional movement bonus or a greater movement bonus.

Darkvision

You have 30 ft. of Darkvision.

Divine Magic

You can cast Sacred Flame as a cantrip, and at 3rd level you can Cast Guardian of Faith once per long rest, and at 5th level you can cast Flame Strike twice a long rest.

Superior Body

You require 4 less hours of sleep, less food, and less water, as your body is far superior to others thanks to your divine heritage.
