Homebrew Deathforged Species Details

The Deathforged were reanimated and rebuilt humanoids. As marvels of necromancy and technological innovation, Deathforged are resilient and consistent. They may not feel pain and emotion. As weapons or servants, they require a purpose. A Deathforged can be a steadfast servant, a cold-hearted killer, or a visionary in search of meaning.

Undead Steel and Stone

Deathforged are formed from a blend of necrotic organic and inorganic materials. Root-like cords infused with alchemical fluids serve to replace decayed muscles, wrapped around a framework of steel, darkwood, or stone. Armored plates form a protective outer shell and reinforcement for crumbling joints.

Although they were constructs and undead, Deathforged are humanoids. Resting, healing magic, and the Medicine skill all provide the same benefits to Deathforged that they do to other humanoids.

Warforged Names

Most Deathforged do not remember any past names or aliases. Ones name could be anything their creator, usually Master, has given them.
