Both of the pure chaos of the Lower Layers of the Abyss, these beings vary as much as the chaotic energy of their home. From malevolent tricksters whose bodies are composed of ice to flame-haired firebrands and everywhere in between, the Abyss doesn't produce a race so much as an endless elemental mashup.

Abyssal Spawn Traits

The nature of the Abyss confers many traits to its children.

Ability Score Increase

One ability score of your choice increases by two, and one other ability score of your choice increases by one.

Demon Sight

You can see normally in darkness, both magical and nonmagical, out to a range of 120 feet.

Unnerving Resistance

Whenever you become the target of a spell, roll 1d6. On a 6, you gain immunity to all of that spell's damage.
