Homebrew Caeruleum Species Details

This race is a mixture between an Elf and a Vedalken. Typically, these mixtures can ''switch'' between their elven and vedalken form, allowing them to fit more into societies.

Caeruleum are usually lawful and non-evil.

Size

Tall and slender, Caeruleum stand 6 to 6½ feet tall on average and usually weigh less than 200 pounds. Your size is Medium.

Caeruleum Dispassion

You have advantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws.

Tireless Precision

You are proficient in one of the following skills of your choice: Arcana, History, Investigation, Medicine, Performance, or Sleight of Hand. You are also proficient with one tool of your choice.

Whenever you make an ability check with the chosen skill or tool, roll a d4, and add the number rolled to the check’s total.

Partially Amphibious

By absorbing oxygen through your skin, you can breathe underwater for up to 1 hour. Once you’ve reached that limit, you can’t use this trait again until you finish a long rest.

Caeruleum Transformation

Your natural form is a mixture between your amphibian skin with the looks of a taller half-elf. You can Concentrate on changing your blue skin-colour to the skin-colour of your elven parent, this works exactly the same as Concentrating on a spell. Once you concentrate on something else, you will no longer be able to maintain the transformation.

Fey Ancestry

You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.

Darkvision

Thanks to your elf blood, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Languages

You are proficient in Elvish, Common, Vedalken, and another language of your choice.
