Your Constitution score increases by 2 and your Strength score increases by 1.

You can focus yourself to occasionally shrug off injury. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to roll a d12. Add your Constitution modifier to the number rolled and reduce the damage by that total. After you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.

As a result of eating nearly everything in sight, you have built up a tolerance to things that would kill the less suited. You have resistance to poison damage.

You have advantage on Wisdom(Perception) checks that rely on smell or hearing.

Accustomed to life underground, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
