Homebrew Bear folk (Descended from Usdis God of the Mountains) Species Details

Usdis the creator of the stone and the former of the Mountains, one day grew bored and asked Eldath to create something for him to take care of, Eldath knew that the mountains were a tough place to live so she created hardy, strong bears for him, she gifted them to Usdis and he accepted them gratefully, Usdis loved his bears and overtime he took a shape similar to them however He walked upright and appeared as a twisted form of the Gods, and these bears. Hundreds of years later most of the bears walked upright, spoke, were able to write and inhabited the mountains much like the dwarves that also worshipped Usdis.
