Homebrew cursed dragon Species Details

A dragon cursed to be stuck in semi human form with wings, scales and claws but far from it’s original size and unable to use it’s breathweapon. As it is a curse that gets the creature stuck in its current form and restricts its powers it doesn't have access to its full power and got stuck in its form whilst transforming into a human. The apperance is hence humanly shaped but with scales, wings, claws and sharp fangs.
