The Bovidae "Fluff" Dragons

These beast people are of mysterious origins. Although their elongated tails, fangs, horns, and impotent wings gave them the appearance of dragons, they were furred, sometimes even heavily so, with faces and hoofed feet were more reminiscent of goats, sheep, and cows. If they were humans who became animals, or if they were animals who came of human intelligence, it is clear that regardless they afterwards became inspired by dragons and desired their strength, cunning, and intimidation.
Despite their interest in using magic to shape themselves, they have failed to capture the Dragon's true essence. Though perhaps they are better off for it?

Big Softies

These people are often well-built at the very least, ranging from 5"4' to 7"6' feet tall and at any weight between two and four- hundred pounds. They may be as naturally colored as any bovid animal or as fantastic and rich a colored hue as any dragon, and they usually treat this diverse appearance as normal to themselves. Their fur length grows as time goes on, though they frequently trim it and keep the shavings as an exotic race-exclusive commodity. The men of any breed are typically beefy with strong arms or legs, and the women often take a quite homely or motherly appearance with the best of their physique going to their torso or chest. Both can be described as at least slightly endomorphic.

A Service to Themselves and Others

A Bovid Dragon will often be highly friendly to their own race, and they try to get along well with other races. They often build a village in plains, grasslands, hills, forests, snowy and icy areas, and on mountains where they see fit, and they commonly work together to bring agriculture, life, and magic to wherever they stay. They wish for an idyllic lifestyle where food is plentiful and wealth is less important, and they can live peacefully with nature at their backs.
They sometimes refer to themselves as fluffs and enjoy being referred to as such by other races.

They also hold great interest in magic. Though not all can conduct it, the ones who do make as much beneficial use of it as they can. Most are quite adamant in associating fire with infernal beliefs, and do not wish any control of death near them either, often banishing others who show skill in them without control or care as betrayers. They often have clerics, wizards, and sorcerers. They do get quite choosy with warlocks when it comes to which patrons they have dedicated themselves to. Even some fighters wish to incorporate spells to go with their combat, though they work hard to make sure they balance the infrequent use with a frequent and strong skill in their weapons and fighting.
They hold having temples to practice artes in and libraries to learn in as the greatest achievements any Bovid-Dragonian Village has, and most newly built villages work hard to have these. Though often, they will have a sporting arena and a blacksmithing station built first.

They may get along well with other human-type races although are somewhat misunderstood when they try to explain that they're not glorified cattle. They find the dwarfs more relatable than elves, like halflings, find the gnomes more amusing than troublesome, and kenkus are opportunities to see how well they can teach someone else to do a task.
They hate being compared to Minotaurs, holding themselves in higher regard with less anger issues or clumsiness, sometimes even more culture. They may feel ambivalent towards Centaurs, perhaps occasionally wishing they could be as gallant as them.
Do not face them with Drow, for they hate enslavement, which they associate to any one's face. An individual is disliked quickly regardless of what they believe and who they're with, and a group of them get treated as a fight to the death.

Should they ever see a True Dragon beginning it's raid upon the surface world from the sky, they will be stunned in awe for a few seconds, and then flee in fear of becoming it's snack.

Bovid Dragon Names

Often they are like Humans, Dragonborn, or even Dwarves, but sometimes they replaces the I's with Y's. Sometimes they have the first name rhyme with the last name, as another tradition.
Perhaps another unique detail of them is that when a husband and wife marry, the husband adopts their wife's last name.

Though shaped like a Dragon, you have more in common with beastly people than true dragons.

The one thing they naturally have are strong jaws with sharp fangs.
As omnivorous creatures inspired by dragons, they would have it no other way the one thing they emulate properly are their mouths.
This is a 1d6 natural weapon that they have light proficiency in.

Age

They reach adulthood at 18 and live for about 80 years.

Alignment

As a race who wishes to enjoy life and help where they can, and how they behave in their villages, they tend to be Neutral Good, though may drift out in different ways depending on their behavior in the cities of other races and whether they were banished by their own people.

Size

They range anywhere from the typical sizes of Dwarves, Humans, and Elves, ranging from 5"4' to 7"6', and 200 to 400 lbs. Your size is Medium.

Base walking speed is 30 feet.
