Homebrew Black Orc Species Details
Orcs are not generally the brightest race. Exceptions do exist such as the orogs, those orcs blessed by Luthic at birth with increased intelligence and strength. Luthic is not the only one who can change orcs for better or worse. Long ago a wizard performed experiments on the local orc population. He was attempting to create soldiers who were completely loyal to him. Gruumsh caught wind of his efforts and sabotaged his work. These orcs were stronger, tougher, and more cunning than the average orc but were fiercely independent. These newly created Black Orcs would quickly form an organized revolt against their unsuspecting creator. They now spread throughout the land, a reminder of the iron grip Gruumsh has over the orcs.

Black Orc Traits

Your Strength score increases by 2, your Constitution score increases by 2, your Intelligence score increases by 1, and your Charisma Score is decreased by 2.
Age
Orcs reach adulthood at age 12 and live up to 50 years.
Alignment
Orcs are vicious raiders, who believe that the world should be theirs. They also respect strength above all else and believe the strong must bully the weak to ensure that weakness does not spread like a disease. They are usually chaotic evil.
Size
Black Orcs are usually over 7 feet tall and weigh between 280 and 320 pounds. Your size is Medium.
Speed
Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision
You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Powerful Build
You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Black Orc Proficiency
Due to the militaristic nature of Black Orcs you are proficient with great axes, medium armor, and smith's tools
Martial Discipline
You are immune to being frightened.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common and Orc.
