Homebrew Chimera Species Details

You are a created creature. You are basic humanoid shape. You have Elven like features, but your skin is the color of the night sky, with shimmering/ luminescent flecks that look like stars. Your eyes are a solid gold, with a red like line running up/ down the center of the eye. You have Bat like wings, and can fly at a speed of 40, when not wearing heavier than leather armor. You can fly up to 2 hours at a time, after which you incur 1 level of exhaustion for another hour of flying. After a short rest you can fly again for another 2 hours. You are Just under 5 feet tall. Your stats are always 13 for all stats. You may pic 2 of the stats to cannibalize and improve the other stats with. You may use p to 3 points from each of the 2 stats to use as you desire to improve other stats. You have Dark vision 0f 30 Feet. You choose 1 feat. You also have 1 point you may assign during creation. 

You were created by extremely powerful spell casters and prepared for life with schooling in many areas of knowledge and skills with jewelry crafting and wood carving. Many of your works were used in funding your schooling. You know that your creators made others like you, but you have never met one. You were trained to start in a class of your choice, and supplied  with exceptional starting equipment for your class, plus 100GP knowing that you might have greater difficulty in society.

you are much like the war forged in that you don't really understand your place in the world, and worse you don't have a community to call upon. Your caretaker and occasional visitors, instructors were the only interactions you have had in your life. As a created race your life cycle is unknown to you except you matured in five years, trained for 15 years and your life span is upwards of 500 years. Your creators used material from Elves, Gnomes, Tiefling,  Human, Aasimar, Fairy, and possibly others. Those are the ones listed in the Logs and note of tomes you were allowed to read. You were infused with some spell casting ability, and an overall greater than average abilities. You are able to improve your capabilities (Stats) but at the expense of abilities. You also suffer from interaction checks with nearly all the races you may encounter. Tieflings may feel some kindred commonality with you, Elves can sense your Eleven and Fairy  essence in you. Humans will often think you are some sort of half-bred Drow . Use of your disguise self is often to make yourself appear more of the race you are interacting with, along with hooded cloaks to help conceal your wings. You are able to use any feats with racial requirements of Elves, Gnomes, Tiefling, Aasimar. The Dm may also allow others based on other material that may have been used in your creation.

You know that there are at least 300 of your kinds that were created, possibly more.

All your stats are 13, you can assign 1 point to any stat of your choice, and you can cannibalize up to 6 points from 2 other stats and assign them as you choose.

you know the Mending and Presdigitation cantrips and use at will. You know and can cast disguise self and can recast it after a short rest. You can use a light crossbow and javelin. You are proficient with Jewelers and wood carving tools. You know common and can choose 2 other languages. You are proficient with Arcana, History and Religion.
