You bring both hands together in front of you, which come together and transform into a large cannon. The cannon is a part of your body and is connected to it through your arms. The cannon takes an action to set up, a bonus action to charge up/ prepare to fire, and an action to fire the charged shot. As long as the cannon is present, your movement speed becomes zero, and you are unable to take reactions.
