Offspring of the Blood Devil

Blood Elves, better known as Blood Fiends, are the descendants of Blood Devils from the Twilight Forest. Despite their chaotic nature and somewhat devilish appearance, they are just a bit more docile than their untamed counterparts. It's not very often you see one in the Forgotten Realms.

Wild Nature

Blood elves are akin to elves, however, they instead have fiend blood unlike their fey counterpart. They as well have two to four blood horns at the top of their head that can grow up to 14 inches in length. Their skin color have the same variety as humans and most elves of earthy skin tones. Another physical trait blood elves have are that often times, their forearms and legs will be blackened, and their nails on their hands and feet are sharp and and somewhat claw like. When blood elves reaches the age of 100, they are are given tattoos on their body (face, arms, legs, back and/or chest) which often have very intricate or complex patterns to them.

The Origin Devil 

Blood elves, now known as blood fiends, are descendants of the first Origin Blood Devil, Kizu. It is said that when the Origin Blood Devil was reborn after sacrificing itself in the Abyss, it was taken up by the Goddesses of Void and Twilight and purified of its tainted life. When this was done, the Blood Devil was given a role among them and gave birth to the offspring of blood elves that now roam the area of the Umbral Planes known as the Twilight Forest. But aside from that, not much is known of their true origins.

Blood Elf Community 

Blood elves, like their Blood Devil ancestors, are very chaotic in nature. Their curiosity and playful nature are as destructive as their aggressive and arrogant attitudes. It's quite common for a blood fiend to move from place to place, as it is nearly impossible to contain their unhinged energy. Though it appears they tend to tire themselves out pretty easily. They are free spirited and let their chaotic nature guide their way of living. Blood elves are a tribal community, often made into multiple tribes, often seen as primitive by other elf races. Often which can end up being rival tribes to one another. Each tribe is lead by a tribe leader, however there is no real social ranking within the communities, as these tribes are very family oriented. All blood elves contribute to their tribe whether it be by hunting, being warriors or assisting the community with simpler tasks,  everyone contributes. When blood elves reaches the age of 100, they go through a coming of age ceremony. During this time, they are given traditional tattoos that relate toward their belief toward the Origin Blood Devil.

Blood elves have the same lifespan as elves.

Blood elves are a very chaotic way of life and they embrace it fully. They are the chaotic alignment.

Your size is medium.

Speed

Your walking speed is 30 feet.

Darkvision

Accustomed to twilit forests and the night sky, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Languages

You can speak, read and write Common, Elvish and Infernal.

Blood Transfer

As a bonus action you can give one creature you touch a number of hit points. This can't be used again until you take a short rest.

Fey Ancestry

You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.

You have proficiency in the Perception skill.
