Homebrew zombie Species Details
You have been created by a wizard or a warlock for a specific reason but now you have been given your freedom, the spell used on you was freedom un-life.
The day you started your un-life had been lost to time but you do remember the time you had become aware of you existence.
You have a weird connection to your creator who once commanded you for certain task.

once chosen you will gain eternal life but for priceundead fortitude
your undead fortitude is similar to stone endurance but it's tailer made for you
Stitched into service
Your creator has spend a fair bit of time studying all manner of creatures and has begun to understand how to creature things far more deadly than a simple zombie. Once per long rest, you can make a medicine check DC(10+CR) to graft piece of corpses onto your own body. The Gm is allowed to tell you what grafted part adds towards your body.
In addition when you gain this feature you stop decomposing and start to regain blood, muscle and everything that makes up a living creature, also everything that had been added to your body becomes magical and you can call upon them as and when you want. Your body turns into the bass form from what you are created from.
