Boomkin Personality
The boomkin started as and still very much are a magical accident, created when an inexperienced mage attempts to summon some sort of creature incorrectly, typically by including some type of explosive material like gunpowder in the spell that isn't required.
Most boomkin are nothing more than angry explosive nuisances who are hellbent on getting revenge on people for even the most petty of inconveniences, the majority of people consider all boomkin to be monsters, however the odd boomkin that isn't so murderous have rich complex personalities with likes and dislikes, like for instance, most boomkin have a soft spot for bees and flowers.
Boomkin Traits
Your boomkin character has the following traits.Ability Score Increase
Your Constitution score increases by 2 and your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Age
A typical boomkin is between ten and twenty years old. The maximum lifespan is around 100 years old, though very few boomkin will live to that age.
Size
Your size is Medium.
Speed
Your base walking speed is 40 feet.
Kaboom
Your boomkin character starts with the action "Blow Up".
Unarmed
Your boomkin character has no arms and cannot weild two-handed weapons, however you can still weild one-handed weapons effectively with one of your four feet or with your mouth
Abomination
You were created by accident by a mage who intended on making a difference creature, as such you are feared by the general public.
Irrational Fear
Somthing deep within you is shaken by the existence of cats, when you are within 20 feet of a cat that you can see you must pass a Wisdom 15 saving throw or you must run in the opposite direction as far as you can until you are out of range or can no longer run.
This applies to any feline, from the smallest housecat to the biggest jungle cats.
Gunpowder Organs
Your insides are constructed entirely of sulfur, gunpowder, and other such flammable inorganic materials, as such you feel no real pain, and you smell of explosives, such as fireworks.
If you have a wound exposing your flammable insides and you are hit with fire damage of any kind you will cast Blow Up every turn as a bonus action until you die, become unconscious, or are submerged in water.
