Homebrew Awakened Treant Species Details

Awakened Treants are already millennia old, and can live for many more thousands of years. They are among the oldest living beings in existence, though they have only fragmentary memories of their time as a normal tree.

Awakened Treant Traits

Awakened Treants have the following racial features.

Grasping Branches

When you make a melee attack on your turn, your reach for it is 5 feet greater than normal.

 

Gnarled Bark

While you are not wearing armor, your AC equals 13 + your Constitution modifier. You can still benefit from a shield.

False Appearance

If you remain still for 1 minute, you can appear as a normal tree.

Natural Magic

You learn and can cast Druidcraft and Thaumaturgy at will. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
