Homebrew Demon Species Details

Demons are humanoid in appearance with the exception of their red or black skin and their horns, tail, and wings. A Demon's wings are retractable and disappear into the skin of their back. The race appeared about 374 thousand years ago on the continent of Ascension but were driven off it by the Angels, which led them to take over the continent of Pandaemonium. Each Demon embodies one of the seven deadly sins. The rank of Elder is mostly honorary as it goes to the oldest living Devil who is currently a Sloth Demon that rarely wakes up. Demonic society is separated by a system of peerage similar to the humans, with the strongest Demon ever recorded (Sullus) at the top.
