Homebrew Arachnidborn Species Details
It is said that there was once a great spider goddess, she was born of beauty and rage. She lead armies of spiders to war and into power. She gave them their venom, their webs, their bite.
Then one she was summoned by a human male, who asked for a wish. His wish was to spend the night with her in human form. The result was that she created strange offspring. The Arachnidborn.
Half-human half-spider offspring to the great spider goddess, they are known for being extremely athletic, cunning and dangerous, with a strong, venomous bite. They live in a strong, matriarchal society where men a seen as weak and are used as nothing more than breeding grounds.
Spider-like
With their spider-like appearance and abilities they are commonly feared and admired for their sheer dexterity and agility. They have human upper bodies with dark spider scales on their chests. Their lower halves are that of a spider’s, with 8 long spider legs that are are dark brown. They skin is commonly a dark brown, however can occasionally be a pale caucasian.

Arachnidborn also have a strange architectural design, where they build building that curve in on themselves, hang from a ceiling or are invaded into a wall.
