Homebrew Draco-elf Species Details
Of fey and Scale
Even though Dragonborn Half-elves are a combination of two known races, the combination makes them seem otherwordly but not in a divine sence. Their bodies have diffrent "mutations", some have a dragon like snouts and fangs while others keep the elegant form of the elves, some are coverd with scales while others only have a few. There are a few traits that they all share, tall slender bodies, a tail and horns. The hands and fingers are thicker and stronger but not less agile then an elfs' and their nails are more often then not claw like.
Born Wanderers
The Dragonborn Half-elves have had a hard time settling down, from the day they were born, banished by both elves and Dragonborn alike, they have wandered these lands. Their apperance frighten most people so they have learned the way of speach, being able to charm your way into a city or town to resupply on goods they cant get for themself is a necessity to thier survival. Their inherent magical properties gave them, after enough practice, the possibilty to adjust thier appearence for a short time.
Even though they are accepted in some places they kept moving, staying to long in the same place makes the Dragonborn Half-elf spirit restless. Few have managed to settle down but those that do, the long for the open plains, snowy mountains and the windy coasts.

You can use your action to exhale destructive energy. Your draconic ancestry determines the size, shape, and damage type of the exhalation. When you use your breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a saving throw, the type of which is determined by your draconic ancestry. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. After you use your breath weapon, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.
