A +2 and a +1 to 2 different ability scores

Double the dice on all spell attack damage rolls you do, but subtract double your proficiency bonus from all spell attack rolls. Also if you roll a nat 1 on an attack roll, you critically miss and take 1d4 damage

Delivery Birds have a flying speed equal to half their walking speed.

3 times per short rest, Delivery Bird can throw one of it's presents at a target. Make a spell attack against a target (not affected by hustle). If the target is an enemy, on hit deal 2d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier, and on miss heal for 1d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier. If the target is an ally, on hit heal 2d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier, and on miss deal 1d6 + your spellcasting ability modifier.

Twice per long rest, as a bonus action, delivery bird can sacrifice 1/4 of it's HP to create a decoy. Enemies who target delivery bird must target the decoy instead. The HP of the decoy is equal the amount sacrificed, and the AC is equal to 1+ your current AC (Not including shields). While a decoy is in play, delivery bird is safe from all attacks as long as it remains within 30 feet. If delivery bird leaves the 30 feet range the decoy remains, and you can enter the zone again to regain the effects.

Twice per short rest, as an action, delivery bird can attempt to attract someone. The target must role a wisdom saving throw (against your save DC) or become infatuated (an infatuated target is maddened with love, and can only make attacks against you with disadvantage). At the end of each of the infatuated opponents turns, it can roll again against your save DC to break the infatuation. This effect ends if delivery bird is unconscious or leaves the line of sight of the target, (a substitute decoy can maintain the infatuation).
