You're a Chameleon! You're also not a Chameleon! You're a Chameleonfolk! In short, you're basically a humanoid Chameleon. That's about it!
Chameleonfolk Traits
Camouflaged Climbing Cutthroats!Ability Score Increase
You're tough, you're swift, and even a bit charming!
Natural Armor
Your scales count as a natural armor, that up your base defense to 13 + your Dexterity modifier.
Chameleon's Tongue
You have a tongue that you can use in a variety of situations! You may use it to carry objects up to a maximum weight of 1/5th of your carrying capacity. You may also use it as a bonus action attack, dealing 1d4 of damage plus your strength modifier.
Languages
You're a reptile, dragon's are reptiles, so you can speak Draconic! Common too, but that's less cool.
