The Eyes of Equilibrium
The Eyes that Pity God:
The chaos deva looks at another creature or creatures. The target magically regains 30 (4d12 + 22) Hit Points and is freed from any curse, disease, poison, blindness, or deafness. The healing then lingers as they feel bliss running through their pores and soul and so recover bonus health of their health equal to(15 +constitution modifier +wisdom modifier) at the beginning of every single creatures turn for 10 turns(increased to 20 turns at lvl 20 with 60{4d12 +44}hit points with bonus recovery being (30+ constitution modifier +wisdom modifier) and 30 turns at lvl 30 with 90{4d20 +90)hit points with the bonus recovery being(60 + constitution modifier +wisdom modifier).Creatures affected by the bliss also gain double movement speed. The bonus recovery and movement speed is BOTH decreased by 20% every single creatures turn. The Eyes that Pity God can only be used Twice per day(as 2charges minimum) + (wisdom modifier divided by 10) and can affect everyone within at least 50 squares from the owner.
Charges increase to ( 4 times at lvl 20+ (wisdom modifier divided by 10), 8 times at lvl 30( plus wisdom modifier + constitution modifier divided by 5).
The Eyes that Judge God:
Cursed figures take damage 60(4d12 + 44) and must roll a saving throw at the beginning of every single creatures turn for 10 turns(increased to 20 turns at lvl 20 with{120[4d12+90]hit points} and 30 turns at lvl 30 with 240{4d20 +180]hit points). Saving throw is based on their wisdom modify + any proficiency and must overcome the saving throw of the caster (30+ wisdom modifier of user) that decreases each turn by 5 once during the beginning of every single creatures' turn. Characters that fail the saving throw take 30 damage ignoring armor and magic resist (60 damage at lvl 20 and 100 damage at lvl 30). Eyes that Judge God can only be used Twice per day(as 2 charges minimum+wisdom modifier divided by 10) and can affect everyone within at least 50 squares from the owner.
Charges increase to ( 4 times at lvl 20+ (wisdom modifier divided by 10), 8 times at lvl 30( plus wisdom modifier + constitution modifier divided by 5).

Corruptd Memory of a Thousand Lifetimes
Corrupted Memory of a Thousand Lifetimes: You have the memory of a thousand lifetimes power, but having your soul reformed by the chaos gods corrupt that power and you instead draw power from the Warp they reside in as well as the Celestial Realm to reconstruct a more powerful and chaotic past lives of yourself, corrupted and blessed with the chaos gods power to fight along side you. These past lives gain so much power that they rival that of any god. The user makes an attack roll, saving throw, skill check, or ability check with an unsatisfactory result.
You add 3d20 to the triggering roll.
Chaotic Convergence
You can add 30+(3d20) to damage or healing with spells as a free action once per own turn. .If this spell is combined with Corrupt memories of a thousand lifetimes, the ratio becomes 100+( 3d20){ upgraded to 200+( 3d20) lvl 20 and 400+( 6d20) at lvl 30} instead but ONLY if combined with Corrupt memories of a thousand lifetimes AND Using this combination also restores 50% of max health the First use only .You can only use this combination equivalent to the amount of charges of eyes of equilibrium and it consumes 1 charge of eyes of equilibrium each combination.Using this combination exhausts you, and forces you to skip your turn, also for the rest of the encounter, your speed and movement is cut in half. Continuous usage will continue to cut speed and movement in half until encounter is over.
