Homebrew Doggos Species Details

The Creation of Doggos

Once upon a time. Long ago, there were two gods. They were tasked to create a new creature. But both gods had opposing ideas, one god wanted savage and bloodthirsty beasts while the other wanted a more peaceful and cute pet. They argued for decades almost causing the world to be destroyed from how loud they were yelling or their fighting. After a while the gods finally came to an agreement that to give this creature the ability of both savagery and peaceful. Then the first Doggo was created and it went around the world adventuring giving people happiness in its peaceful side while more hostile monsters were given savagery by its bloodthirsty side.

Adventurous and Energetic

Upon birth, the Doggo is nursed and is given protection from the parent Doggos. The first few months of the Doggos life is spent learning how to walk, hunt, and learning Doggo tradition from their parents. A lot of parent Doggos take their children on a short adventure or walk showing them nature, life, history, and the world. This is usually where in the Doggos life when they develop a love for adventure and the world. With new found love for the world they inhabit, Doggos start to wonder what's beyond their home and what are they able to find. The kiddo Doggo start to be more adventurous and nag the parent Doggos to let them go on adventures to see more of the world. The kiddo Doggo will start off its adventure very energetic trying to explore every crease and crack outside their home and this will usually cause them to run into trouble or eventually, their owner.

Beast and Hound

With the agreement of the two gods, the Doggo has a more savage side and a more peaceful side. The Doggo has two forms it can change to at will. Hound Form and Beast Form. The hound form is the more friendly looking and approachable form between the two forms. This form makes the doggo rather small and the doggo walks on all fours. The beast side is the more unfriendly and less approachable between the two forms. This form makes the doggo grow in size and the doggo now walks on its two back legs. Both transformations don't change the Doggos behavior or personality, these forms are here to help with certain tasks the other form can't accomplish.
