Homebrew Brownie Boggart Species Details
Brownies are well known as tiny creatures standing between 4" and 9". They weigh between 0.5 lbs and 5lbs. They are said to live in burrows underground mostly serving families that leave them offerings. Occasionally there are those that stray and take other paths. Brownies were once divine creatures that farmers and shepherds appealed to for the safety of their herds but those times have since passed as most Brownies are no longer seen or heard of. Most Brownies are males but there are a few females. Brownies are always short, sometimes slender and sometimes stout, usually naked or dressed in rags but occasionally dressed in a nicer robe or cloak. They usually have longer noses, thin limbs, and dark eyes. They are very fast on land, slow at climbing, and can not swim. Brownies do not like to be seen therefore have adapted to become very stealthy.
Brownies all are notoriously difficult to keep happy. They all require different things to make them happy or keep them from being mad. Some require ale and bread nightly, some require praise for their hard work daily, Some get offended if you compliment them, Some require a blood sacrifice yearly it all depends on the individual Brownie. Once you anger a Brownie they could turn into a Boggart. Boggarts turn into more of a terror wrecking your home, making messes, breaking things, tormenting your animals, spoiling milk, making things vanish, dulling your blades, etc...
