Having grown up in the ocean, typically in caves, their eyes adapted to the dark and can see 120 feet in darkness.

They need to be submerged for about an hour each day, they suffer a level of exhaustion and take 1d8 of damage. The exhaustion can only be fixed via magic or submerging in water for at least an hour.

They have a pool of HP equal to their Constitution Modifier + their Level they can use once per Long Rest, and they regrow lost limbs after one week. In order to use this ability, they must have the required water for the entirety of the week.
