Homebrew Troll (homestuck) Species Details

In the pre-scratched version of the Alternian society, where Alternia was known as Beforus, trolls were much more peaceful with no need for constant violence and war. Fuchsiabloods also held the highest political positions, but the Hemospectrum worked differently than it did in the post-scratch aociety. The caste system mandated that those higher up in society had to nurture and care for those lower in the caste system. The Beforan trolls most likely had an empire, as they were ruled by benevolent empresses, but they were not aggressive and imperialistic like their Alternian counterparts were.

Origin of the troll race

The origin of the troll race comes from tieflings and Goliaths having children, in the early stage of the origin of the trolls there appearance varied wildly. But after many years of this race growing into what it has become they are born with grey skin, yellow eyes, and orange horns (there have been cases of trolls being born with different colored eyes and horns but these cases are extremely rare.) there hair color usually tends to be black but in rare cases they have been born with different colored hair. Because of there relations with the Goliath trolls and can up to eight feet tall or taller, though it is not uncommon for trolls of lesser blood to be born shorter then those of higher ranked blood.

Hierarchy of the trolls

In the troll race there is a instilled hierarchy by the color of there blood, red being considered peasantry, orange is considered to commoner blood, green being middle class, blue being nobility, purple being high end nobility, the purple blood tends to keep order among the other blood types below themselves , and pink being royalty they tend to make the decisions that will affect all other blood types.
