Homebrew Wobble tobble Species Details

Wobble tobbles are a cuter and stupider species of goblins they are often adopted by humans who dont want there children to grow up because they allways have the mental state of a 3 year old human they also are loved by many species and allways want to go on adventures there are not many of them around the world but you can see 2 of them in allmost every village in citys there are often only 10 to 20 because you cant go on adventures in citys. they have no gender and it is unknown how they reproduce. a mage created this species for the higher class so they can keep them as pets.
