All Corlamier have the inherent ability to sense the life around them. Most important they can sense a heart beat within a 10ft radius. 

This ability can be activated at any time without having to use a bonus action and last for 10 minutes. A Corlamier can tap into nature in this way twice per long rest.

At 8th level this ability extends to 20ft. And can be used 3 times per long rest.

When a Corlamier makes a sanity check they gain +1 to their roll, and take -1 loss of sanity

You gain +2 Charisma to your ability (not modifier)

On any naturally occurring difficult terrain such as vines or jagged rocks a corlamier moves effortlessly you can run across this difficult terrain as if it was normal terrain.

You can also climb steeper cliffs than most, up to a 80 degree angle slopes although your movement is reduced while rock climbing to 15ft.

While you may not be the largest race out there your inherent strength packs a punch. Your natural body seems to not have quite as perfect of an appearance as regular Corlamier however whatever it is that powers the charm of a regular Corlamier flows through your body adding greater strength to all of your muscles. Your gain +2 to your Strength ability score instead of your Charisma score.
