Homebrew Altered Undead Species Details

The altered undead is the result of necromancers and artificers performing experiments. Once what little soul lingered to the bones the mind of who the bone once was are fused together and the minds are lost so the bones and the little souls are made into one. This race is a conglomerate of bones from other races like humans, orger, Dragonborn fused with metal so the durability of the bones stays intact when meant with great force dealt with any point of their body.

Stone’s Endurance

You can focus yourself to occasionally shrug off injury. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to roll a d12. Add your Constitution modifier to the number rolled and reduce the damage by that total. After you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
