Homebrew Dark Soldier Species Details

Soldiers take on a number of looks from other races, while some look animalistic with the faces of Lizards, Wolves, Birds, Foxes, and bears. However they all have the same abilities and things such as teeth, claws, or skin/scales have no use other than looks. Most are Timid and due to their history will listen to orders and follow whoever grants them the longest leash. Most have morals on the extreme ends with no neutrality, however cases of neutrality have been developed from past experience. Additionally, Soldiers can be spotted when they use their ink like abilities, which is a small substance they can shape at will and usually use as a weapon, no one knows where it comes from but all Soldiers have it, it is an extremely effective weapon. Despite being labeled "Soldiers", most in the present are not in the millitary and do not fight and instead try to fit in where they live.

Once a fight starts, for one round you gain advantage on everything and +10 movespeed

Ink terror

A slashing attack with an ink like substanced turned into a razor sharp blade that all dark soldiers may use. When not using a weapon, an attack with this deals 2x damage on the first attack. This weapon has charged equal to your proficiency bonus, charges are regained after a short rest
