Arachnid-shifters (spiders)

The descendants of Kirans, who inspired their form after spiders, they're born with many spider-like qualities. Spider-type shifters are usually a solitary race, living in caves or dug holes. They can produce strong silk from their lower half's spinnerets (which are present in all states of shifting). Being shifters grants the ability to shift along the gradient between more spider qualities versus Esthian qualities (that being elf, human, orc, etc.). Arachnid-shifters are fairly common and not unheard of.
