Homebrew Divine of Blood Species Details

Cultborn

Divine of Blood are those chosen at birth, or descended from those who were chosen. Usually Divine of Blood are born into extreme cults where sacrifice is in order for the god's recognition. On odd happenstance there are those chosen to be champions and are born outside of the cults.

Protection from Good and Evil

Depending on who you gain your Divine Blood from you have resistance to Radiant or Necrotic damage.

Divine Gate

You can summon forth a dimension door in the form of a celestial gate.

Divine of Blood Names

Divine of Blood are named after the gods that gave them, or their ancestors their power. To those outside of the bloodline the names seem blasphemous, or heathenous to those within the clergies.

These names will depend on the world setting and the gods in them.

Born from the celestial dew of the Gods Divine of Blood live an extraordinary long time, however they age like normal humans until they reach 20 where their aging slows and they live to ages between 4,000 to 5,000 years.

Divine of Blood are medium humanoids.

Divine of Blood have a walking speed of 35

Depending on who you got your divine blood from you have resistance to Radiant or Necrotic damage.

You can speak, read, and write in Common, Infernal, and Celestial.

Divine Gate

At 5th level you can cast dimension door at will once per day. This ability comes back after a short rest. The door that is summoned is in the design of a celestial or infernal gate.
