Homebrew Acient half snow elf, half white dragon Species Details
White Dragon
Traits
Dragonbloods boast a large amount of race abilities. However, when in dragon form, dragonbloods cannot use abilities granted to them by their classes and vice versa. Skill proficiencies, saving throws, and ability modifiers are not affected by this unless stated otherwise. Dragon breath, ice shield.
Ability Score Increase
Your Constitution score increases by 2 and your Wisdom score increases by 2.
While in dragon form, your max Strength score is increased to 30. At 5th, 11th, and 17th level, your Strength increases by an additional 2 (you lose this bonus when in normal form).
Size
At 1st level, a dragonblood's size is Medium as a human and a dragon. At 5th level, your dragon size is Large. At 11th level, your dragon size is Huge. At 17th level, your dragon size is Gargantuan.
Speed
a flying speed of 60 feet when in dragon form.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Draconic and Common.
Dragon Sight
blindsight with a range of 10 feet.
Keen Senses
You have proficiency in the Perception skill.
Natural Armor
You have tough, scaly skin. Your AC is 14 + your Dexterity modifier. This increases to 15 at 11th level and 16 at 17th level.
Transform
Dragonbloods have the unique ability to transform from a dragon to a human, or vice versa, at will. The process requires one minute of concentration to perform. Remember to equip or unequip your dragon form magic item when using this and to also unequip your armor when turning into a dragon.
Unpredictable Transformation
While in human form, if your character becomes too angryyou must make a Constitution saving throw. The DC for this saving throw is 13. Upon a successful save, you regain control of your emotions. Upon a failed save, granted there is enough space around you, you unwillingly transform into a dragon. If the cause of your anger was by the words or actions of a creature or a group of creatures, you must attack them regardless of the circumstances around you. This fit of rage ends either after 5 rounds of combat have passed, or all the creatures are dead.
Hit Points
You have two separate hit point maximums. One is for your humanoid form, which is determined by your class, while the other is for your dragon form which starts at 12 + your Constitution modifier and increases by 1d12 + your Constitution modifier for each level gained. When transforming, a percentage of current hit points to max hit points must be made and applied to the hit points of your other form, rounded up. For example- in dragon form, you have 30 out of 42 hit points and you chose to transform into a human. Your human has a max of 28 hit points. 30 is 71% of 42 and thus your current amount of hit points as a human is 71% of 28, which equals 20 hit points.
Bite
Your fanged maw is a natural weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with it, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d10 + your Strength modifier. The piercing damage increases to 2d10 when you reach 11th level. The reach of the attack increases to 10 feet at 5th level and 15 feet at 17th level.
Frost Jaw
Starting at 5th level, after successfully dealing damage with bite, you can choose to excel an icy breath upon the target as a bonus action. You must still roll to hit with this attack and use the same attack roll modifier you use for bite. This attack deals an additional 1d6 cold damage to the target. Damage increases to 2d6 at 11th level and 3d6 at 17th level.
Claw
Starting at 5th level, your claws become a natural weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with it, you deal slashing damage equal to 2d6 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage for an unarmed strike. The reach of your claw increases to 10 feet at 17th level.
Intimidating Monster
Starting at 5th level, you are proficient in the Intimidation skill. You gain expertise in Intimidation at 17th level. This only applies when in dragon form.
Frost Breath
Starting at 6th level, you can use your action to exhale destructive cold energy from your mouth. Your breath weapon is an icy blast of hail that deals cold damage in a 15-foot cone. When you use your breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a Constitution saving throw. The DC for this saving throw is 8 + your Constitution modifier + your Proficiency bonus. The damage dealt by the breath weapon is 1d6 per character level on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. You can use this breath weapon once, after which, the ability has a random chance of recharging during each subsequent round of combat. At the start of each of your turns, roll a d4. If the roll is a 4, the breath weapon is recharged. The breath weapon is assumed to have recharged between encounters. Regardless of whether or not the breath weapon is recharged, you may only use the breath weapon a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier + 1 (minimum of 1). Thus, you needn’t roll to see if your breath weapon is recharged after you have expended all of its uses. When you finish a long rest, you regain all expended uses. The area of effect increases to a 30-foot cone at 11th level, a 60-foot cone at 14th level, and a 90-foot cone at 17th level.
Frightful Presence
Starting at 9th level, as an action, you can make a certain amount of creatures of a smaller size equal to 1 + your Charisma modifier within 60 feet of you make a Wisdom saving throw contested by your Charisma (Intimidation) check. On a failure, they become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a successful save. If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends, the creature is immune to your Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Tail
Starting at 11th level, your tail becomes a natural weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with it, you deal bludgeoning damage equal to 2d8 + your Strength modifier. The enemy must also succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. The DC for this saving throw equals 10 + your Strength modifier. The reach of your tail is 15 feet at 11th level and increases to 20 feet at 17th level.
Multiattack
Starting at 14th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. You cannot make two bite or two tail attacks on the same turn.
Wing Attack
Starting at 17th level, you can beat your wings to devastating effect. As an action, creatures of a smaller size within 10 feet of you must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 + your Strength modifier bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The DC for this saving throw equals 10 + your Strength modifier. You cannot use this ability twice in the same turn.
Innate Spell Lore
Regardless of your class, so long as it has the spellcasting feature, the following spells are available for use in, and only in, dragon form. The spells are made available as you unlock your first spell slot in the given spell level and still use up a spell slot. When casting any of these spells, they require no components, material, or otherwise, but are rather different versions of your breath attack. You are limited to these spells while in dragon form regardless of the spells available to your class.

1st level: ice knife
2nd level: snilloc’s snowball swarm, gust of wind
3rd level: sleet storm

9th level: storm of vengeance
Snow Elves
Pale and Ashamed
Snow Elves, are very similar in appearance to Drows/ elves, holding many of the same features. They differ in their skin tone, which tends to range from a pale blue-grey to a snowy white. They almost always have silvery-white hair and blue eyes, with few variations. The Snow Elves are tall and lean. A typical Snow Elf is between five and a half and six and a half feet tall, and weighing around 130-150 pounds.
Snow Elves are typically paranoid and ashamed at their race's history, having fallen victim to the Dwarvens. Their race is so rare that other races no longer recognize them, and simply mistake them for Drows.
Snow Elves can live up to 4,000 years, giving them a broad perspective on events that might trouble the shorter-lived races more deeply. They are more often amused than excited, and more likely to be curious than greedy. They tend to remain aloof and unfazed by petty happenstance. When pursuing a goal, however, whether adventuring on a mission or learning a new skill or art, elves can be focused and relentless. They are slow to make friends and enemies, and even slower to forget them. They reply to petty insults with disdain and to serious insults with vengeance.
Forgotten Vales
After being attacked and nearly wiped out by the Nords of the land, all surviving snow elves who didn't take the Dwarves deal fled to the mountains, hidden caves, and valleys. Unbeknownst to the rest of world, very few small snow elf settlements are still hidden within seemingly uninhabitable mountains. Most snow elves dwell in underground cave systems or hidden vales. They tend to prefer not to interact with other races. They can survive on very little food, eating small animals and mushrooms as their main diet. They are talented artisans, crafting finely worked clothes and art objects. Their contact with outsiders is usually limited.
Snow Elves are rarely encountered above ground, with the vast majority of inhabitants of the realm being able to easily claim to have never met one, or even be aware that they still exist.
Burn the Dwarves
All Ancient Falmer have a burning hatred and vengeance towards Dwemer, who betrayed them in their time of need when the Nords of the land began killing them off. They despise Dwarven architecture and anything Dwarven― especially the Dwarves themselves.
HAUGHTY BUT GRACIOUS
Although they can be haughty, elves are generally gracious even to those who fall short of their high expectations—which is most non-elves. Still, they can find good in just about anyone, save for the Dwemer.
Dwemer. “Dwarves are all filthy, traitorous swine. They don't deserve the time of day, or even a single breath in their name.”
Bretons. “Bretons are people of simple pleasures, and that is not a quality to scorn. They’re good folk, they care for each other and tend their gardens, and they have proven themselves tougher than they seem when the need arises.”
Nords. “Nords are usually greedy, impulsive, and prejudiced. They lack self-control, but they tend to make up for it in passion and hard work."
