You attempt to absorb a spell cast by another creature. If the creature is casting a spell of 3rd level or lower, its spell is absorbed and has no effect. If it is casting a spell of 4th level or higher, make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a success, the spell is absorbed and has no effect. Until the end of your next turn, you can use an action to cast the absorbed spell with the same slot level, without expending a spell slot or providing any material components. The absorbed spell uses your spell save DC, attack bonus, and spellcasting ability.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the interrupted spell is absorbed if its level is less than or equal to the level of the spell slot you used less two.
