You conjure magical bindings to restrain one creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target is restrained until the spell ends, and on each of your turns for the duration, you can use your bonus action to pull the target up to 10 feet closer to you.
A creature restrained by the bindings can use its action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC. On a success, it frees itself.
