You invoke the hatred of Asmodeus himself. Choose up to 5 creatures within range. Each creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 3d12 fire damage, 3d12 piercing damage, 3d12 bludgeoning damage, and 3d12 slashing damage, as each form of Asmodeus (Snake, Tiefling, and Demon) strikes each target. On a successful save, targets take half damage.
If this spell kills an enemy, they are consumed by a visage of Asmodeus’ snake form, preventing them from being resurrected with anything short of a Wish spell.
When this spell is casted while Wreath of Asmodeus is active, this spell’s damage is doubled, as well as allowing the caster to regain 30 hitpoints whenever they kill an enemy with this spell.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell as a 9th level spell, roll an additional 3d12 for each damage type. Additionally, the caster heals for all damage they deal with this spell.
