When you cast this spell, you touch a feather, ink pot, and book, which all become invisible. For the next 5 minutes, you can activate the feather by clapping your hands once, and deactivate it by clapping again. It begins to transcript everything anyone talking within 30 feet of you says. It provides a date, time, and the name of the person talking at the end of the quote. The feather emits no sound while scribing.

Alternatively, you can use the spell like the Encode Thoughts spell, but The thought is permanently placed on an entire page. It provides no image, and only records the voice of one person throughout the entire casting. It also only lasts one minute when used as a recording.
