Pulling moisture in from a small radius around you, water seemingly begins to rise and condense. It spins around you like a whirling vortex and cools the water around you. Creating a spinning vortex of ice shards.
Making a ranged spell attack in a 30 foot line. Any target within this line must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a Failed save, the target takes 1d12 cold damage. It takes half this damage on a Success.
At Higher Levels, this spell increases in damage. At 8th and 15th level the spells damage increases by 1d12.
