Venomous Vengeance

You point your finger, and the creature that damaged you is bitten by a spectral dragon's head distributing poison into their veins. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw. It takes 1d10 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Additionally, on a failed save the target becomes incoherent and unable to defend themselves giving advantage on all attacks against them until the end of your next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 1st.
