Arcane Redirection

As an Action, you may target a spell caster who is currently maintaining a concentration spell. Make a spell attack roll, Which they may contest with a Concentration Check. If they have the higher result, your spell fails. If you have the higher result, their concentration on the spell ends, and you begin maintaining concentration for the spell. 

If the concentration spell in question has an effect that is entered on a certain point or target, you may choose to change that point or target.

If the Concentration spell in question is above that of the level of this spell, take a -1 to the spell attack for every level above.
