Blood sword

The user of this spell draws a weapon, (the weapon must have a blade) and runs their hand over the blade causing their hand to bleed, the magic-user does this again, but this time their blood freezes on the blade causing it to deal 3d6 bludgeoning damage. If the opponent's saving throw fails the opponent becomes stunned for one round. However, the user takes 1d10 points of damage after the spell is cast (not after each hit). 

If the opponent is successful in their strength saving throw, the Blood Sword deals the normal amount of damage, but the blood/ice on the weapon shatters leaving the sword (or other blades) to deal its normal damage.
