A two piece spell: Reach out, pulling yourself through the material planes, to appear at a marked weapon in midair within range. Consuming a fourth level spell slot. Appear holding the weapon, keeping your previous momentum if you appear in midair. You may use a bonus action to strike a target within melee range of the casters new location. The target must make a Dex saving throw of 12 + the caster's Dex mod. The weapon is imbued with energy emitted by the warp. If the save is failed, deal the current weapons damage +1d6 damage of the same type. If the targets save roll is under 25% of the saves dc (rounded down) the target is knocked prone. If the saving throw is Successful deal half damage.
The target weapon must have the symbol of Vorpam. Only 1 weapon may have this mark on it at once in the same plane of existence. If a caster attempts to use the ritual on a weapon while one is still marked, the new item will not succeed in becoming marked. You may perform a ritual to permanently mark a weapon. The ritual takes 25 gold pieces worth of materials and takes 3 hours to complete. It may be done during a short rest.
An item that is permanently marked by The symbol of Vorpam may be stored in a pocket dimension, created by the caster upon marking the weapon. Perform a bonus action in combat to draw this weapon into the plane of existence you are on. You may also use a bonus action to stow it back into its dimensional sheathe. You must be holding it to do so. If a symbol is put on a weapon temporarily, such as drawing or temporary magic. It is successful if the weapon you have marked is stowed or you do not have a marked weapon, and the new weapon becomes a valid target to warp to. If the weapon with a permanent mark is summoned into the world while a mark is on a weapon temporarily, the temporary mark disappears.
Any time this attack is used to start an encounter, it has advantage.
A mark's effect may be disrupted if the weapon it is on is broken, or the symbol is somehow damaged and has been defaced. This can occur through melting, bending, or deep scratches in the mark. If a mark is defaced but not completely destroyed You can restore it using an hour of work and 10 gold worth of materials. A damaged symbol is not valid for warping.
