Augur of Ebrietas

A number of large, spectral tentacles lash outward from your raised hand. Make a spell attack on a single target within range. On a hit, the target takes 3d8 force damage. Additionally, if you had advantage on the attack roll, the target is paralyzed until the beginning of your next turn, or until taking damage from a melee weapon attack.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd.
