This spell creates 5 circular, horizontal planes of solid ice, 3 feet in diameter and 2 inches thick, they float above the ground in an unoccupied space of your choice that you can see within range. The disks remain for the duration, but can melt if exposed to extreme heat, and can hold up to 400 pounds. If more weight is placed on it, the ice shatters and everything on the disk falls.
The disks are immobile while you stand on them, you can move the other disks freely as a bonus action on each of your turns but by no more than 10 feet each turn. If another disk is within 15ft of you, you can leap to it without an ability check, expending your normal movement speed.
If you move more than 100 feet from any of the disks, they immediately shatter.
