A gusting wind evokes from  your mouth letting you send a short message of 25 words or less to a creature with which you are familiar. The creature hears the message like a silent whisper, recognizes you as the sender if it knows you. The receiver may anser in a like manner immediately.

You can send the message across any distance but has to be on the same planes of existence.
